実は初めて築地行きましたが、本当に面白い場所だった。普通にランチで行ったけど、運が良く美味しいお寿司屋さんで入れました^_^ 炙ってるのは白子です。意外と美味しかった!握り方も系術的で、二枚目の写真に想像出来るかと思う。
It’s actually my first time in Tsukiji, after 9 years in Japan. Got extra lucky and where able to have fantastic sushi in a renowned place. The stuff the chef is broiling is fish semen. Yep, yummy! But it is actually pretty good!
The chef also had a very distinctive way to prepare the “nigiri”, quite artistic in fact, as you can perhaps imagine from the second photograph.
