All the same – a song about us all

Listen to the song through the link below:

Not that new of a song really, but finally recorded it. The sound is so-so but I think the message is a simple yet an important one. Who cares about race, religion, sexual orientation and all our other differences. We are richer as a People because of these differences, not in spite of them. We have so many other things to worry about like how our Earth is slowly but surely warming up and decaying. We cannot waste time debating about the right or wrong of everyone’s intimate choices.

Now, can we all just accept each other, just the way you are?

桜, cherry blossoms, you know the drill

I was asked “what do you think of cherry blossom in Japan?”.Truth is, when you live in Japan long enough, you may not be surprised anymore by the beauty of Sakura, but they don’t lose their beauty nonetheless. Only thing I don’t like that much is “Hanami” where people seat under the cherry trees. In theory it is the best thing ever. In reality, the alcohol takes over and the divine scent of the cherry flowers all but disappears… DSCF7492  DSCF7351 DSCF7349 DSCF7319
